Occupational assessment with clear direction
Objective analyses and practical advice within complex absenteeism and reintegration issues.
What is occupational assessment?
Occupational assessment is an independent and objective investigation into the relationship between an employee's health situation and the demands of the job or work. An occupational expert analyses what someone is still capable of and to what extent suitable work — in the first or second track — is feasible.
The assessment is used when there are doubts about an employee's capacity, when re-integration is stalling, when there is a risk of a wage sanction, or as an objective substantiated basis for UWV or an insurer.
Avansis conducts occupational assessments with attention to the specific situation and context of the employee. We combine in-depth knowledge of legislation with practical experience and intercultural expertise — including in complex cases.
Our reports are clear, substantiated and directly applicable. We provide concrete advice that employers, HR professionals, case managers and occupational physicians can act on immediately.
