Second track trajectories with structure and direction
Professional guidance towards suitable and sustainable work outside the own organisation.
What is a second track trajectory?
When return to the original job is no longer possible, the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter) requires employers to start a second-track trajectory. This means guiding the employee towards suitable work outside the organisation. Avansis specialises in this guidance.
A second-track trajectory typically starts after eight to twelve months of absence, once it is clear that return to the first track is no longer realistic. The trajectory costs are the employer's responsibility and must be carried out by a certified re-integration coach.
Avansis provides professional, personal and legally correct second-track guidance. We ensure that both employer and employee meet their legal obligations and that the trajectory delivers concrete and sustainable results.

Intake & analysis
Guidance starts with a thorough intake. We map the situation, capacity, work experience, strengths and personal goals.
Personal profile
Based on the intake we develop a personal profile: competencies, strengths, areas of interest and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Search profile & strategy
Together we define a job search profile and establish a targeted strategy for labour market orientation, tailored to realistic opportunities.
Labour market orientation
Active exploration of the labour market: tracking vacancies, activating networks, open applications and mapping suitable roles.
Application phase
Support with writing CV and cover letter, interview preparation and active guidance throughout the entire application process.
Evaluation & follow-up
Throughout and at the end of the trajectory we evaluate progress and results achieved. On work resumption we discuss next steps and case closure.
More than just the file
In a second-track trajectory, personal factors play a major role. Avansis understands that cultural background, communication style and the experience of work can be decisive for the course and success of a trajectory. We work with attention for the person behind the file.
Our intercultural expertise makes the difference in trajectories where language, cultural background or communication differences play a role. We build trust, ensure clear and understandable communication, and guide with understanding for everyone's perspective and personal situation.
